Epic stay in Basel 🇨🇭
The staff was just lekker-helped me get my room early and sorted an adaptor for my plugs quickly. Plus, the bathroom in my room was updated nicely, a pleasant surprise.
Bit noisy at night with some bliksem guests who couldn't keep it down.

Both rooms we booked were new-fashioned and tidy with an air conditioner and sofa plus ventilation. Friendly service, provided by the really kind and very nice staff. The vibe here was quiet.

The tram noise at night was unbearable!!! Small room sizes cramped my space and comfort !!! The lack of parking made finding a spot quite frustrating!!!

A kettle and tea/coffee in the room; previous three hotels I stayed in during this trip lacked this option.
Actually, the hotel is quite expensive. I doubt I would have chosen it if not booked with 50% promotional discount.

Breakfast was included and good, friendly staff
They advertize with free wifi, but it was only really reliable in the reception area, I had to take a firsst floor smoking room to get any reception, on the second floor there was none. High time they improve this service!
